Jordan Kroll came to our rescue when our basement flooded due to a hose being left on at our sober living home. We were able to get everything dried in a few days with no issues. We are so grateful for Jordan and his crew for their prompt response!

Alpha Omega really saved us from a flood. Jordan came in took charge did a thorough job and made sure the whole Job was done and didn't cut corners.

Alpha Omega was amazing to work with. From the minute I made the call when our property was suffering a substantial amount of water damage to the reconstruction part they followed through with the plan we had in place. I had a fire in my property that was quite tragic and very extensive. Alpha Omega met me within 2 days and took me by the hand at a time when I really needed it. They were unbelievably respectful and experienced. They dealt with insurance, the rebuild contractors, and finished exactly when they said they would. I heard from someone ever week and was always kept informed on every detail and every step along the way. Giving them 5 stars doesn't seem adequate. I would give them 10 if I could. You will never regret going to them for all your restoration needs.

I like all of the above about the business. I searched for a contractor or another professional to evaluate a major leak in my garage. When I called Alpha and Omega, an appointment was scheduled for the next morning to assess the damage. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough in identifying the source of the problem and creating a plan to solve it. I highly recommend this company.

Alpha Omega did a wonderful job for me! I had my dishwasher leak and I called them right away. The crew that helped me were prompt and thorough. I want to give a shoutout to Dan Grosulak who was in touch with me throughout the process while providing excellent service. Also, the office gals Sonya and Keely were on top of it in getting everything lined up. Can't recommend them enough and will send anybody I know their way!

Comment: The professionals at Alpha Omega were onsite at our residence before we were to begin the mitigation process from a water leak. Holy Wow! From beginning to end, the entire staff was professional, courteous, worked with our insurance company and provided ready access to plumbers, electricians, installers and preferred vendors. I can\'t offer enough superlatives to adequately express our appreciation for the expert restoration of our home with an amazing staff. We were kept in the loop at all times; our questions were answered immediately and I might add that the entire team was very patient with us as we navigated the mitigation/restoration process often from a distance. Please reach out if you need a reference....I have plenty more to say about the tremendous customer service at Alpha Omega. They are the best at what they do!

Comment: Alpha Omega has \"saved me\" again!! Unfortunately I had a 2nd water issue in my home (prev summer 2022) and, once again, Alpha Omega, with all of their WONDERFULLY, TALENTED craftsmen have put my home back together - looking better than when we started! I cannot praise these folks enough - every member of this company is kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, hard-working and more-than-willing to do whatever it takes to fix any damage incurred. While I hope you never have need of their services, if you do, you will be VERY PLEASED. They are AWESOME ♥♥♥

Can't say enough good things about these people. A water leak caused an unbelievable amount of damage. Very quickly. I chose Alpha so I did not have to negotiate with the insurance company or try to find subcontractors capable of addressing the unique issues of a hundred year old house. I could not have made a better choice!

I experienced a sewer blockage and backup in my downstairs bathroom, storage room, and family room. Having worked with Alpha Omega for fire damage in 2009 and having such a positive experience, they were the only company I trusted to deal with this new situation. Jordan was the project manager for the mitigation, demolition and cleanup. He arrived at my home every morning to assess the situation and monitor the drying process. He informed me daily of the progress. I felt so comfortable with him being here that he began to feel like a member of the family. Most reassuring in a difficult situation. Comment: This is to praise, celebrate and recommend Alpha Omega Mitigation & Restoration - absolutely EVERYONE at that company is AWESOME. I had a foundation leak in June-these folks dried out the damage, found the source of the problem, fought with my insurance company for months, and completed the restoration -- all with a smile and a willingness to do the BEST JOB POSSIBLE! Their attention to detail is AMAZING (they even painting the trim on the inside of the closet!!). Each & every one of the workers are craftsmen who take great pride in their work, whether it was something big, or something small - they are THE BEST. My home looks better now than before the damage! I do hope you never have the type of damage they repair, but if you do, DON'T call anyone else - Alpha Omega is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Highly recommend them.

As a realtor, I have been fortunate to have Alpha Omega help many of my clients in both big or small jobs! They are super quick to respond and are always incredibly professional in every situation. Whether it’s testing and treating for mold, to a complete restoration on a home, I know my buyers and sellers are always in great hands!

We had a sprinkler head busted in our gym and the Alpha Omega Team was absolutely the best in helping us get things cleaned up and put back together. It did not matter that it was later into the evening when it happened, they were right there and stayed until after midnight to make sure we are taken care of. Thanks to their excellent work, we had no lasting damage to the wood floor and were back using the space within a week! I was just thrilled with their responsiveness, attention to detail and professional service.

Luckily I have never needed to use a restoration company, but as someone who has worked closely with Alpha Omega, they have treated my clients very well, and have always been honest and very transparent. Although their whole team is very professional and punctual, Carissa and Sonya have been great to work with.
