Jordan responded quickly to our call for help after our basement took on some water during the Labor Day deluge. Within the day he was onsite and inspecting the situation with moisture gauges and expert help. I could not have been happier with the service and expertise. I would definitely recommend this local business.

Called Alpha Omega when we found 95% of our basement with standing water. AO was quick to respond to get work started on drying everything and did all the work of moving our furniture and all the other random stuff that ends up in a basement. We ended up losing all of our flooring, but their quick thinking to get furniture and items off the ground likely saved some of the wood furniture. One big thing I noticed was how clean they kept the worksite. I was able to walk through barefoot after their team was hear doing demo and ripping things apart. Clean construction site? What?! Thank you Jordan and “Coop” and the rest of the team that helped for great communication and treating our space like a home and not a work site. You guys are top tier and fantastic at what you do.

Our see backed up in our basement. They were there, on a Saturday afternoon, for 5 hours cleaning, taking out carpet, drywall, cabinets, and sanitizing. They were amazing and we were able to stay in our home for the weekend. They were back on Monday and most of the week cleaning up and doing demolition on our basement. They were amazing and walked us through every step!

Comment: The remediation staff and managers were very thorough and professional. Likewise for the reconstruction staff and managers. Many thanks go to Jordan, Nathan, Anthony, the Content Crew for a job well done. I’m also very grateful for the work done by Seth, Wade, Alonso and Sal. Seth and Wade were instrumental with coordinating the reconstruction work with the subcontractors. This was critical since the existing flooring was discontinued and a suitable equal valued replacement flooring had to be determined. All of the reconstruction staff was needed to reinstall the heavy granite countertops. Sal was instrumental reinstalling the numerous kitchen cabinets and drywall taping and texturing. Alonso has done an incredible job with painting the kitchen, office, theater room and basement living room. Alonso had to match several paint colors to the existing paint in each of the rooms. Both Sal’s and Alonso’s work was so good that one could not determine any difference between what was original and repair. Thank you all for your exceptional work.

I can not say enough great things about Alpha Omega! They provided the proper clean up for a rental home of mine after the last tenants had a rodent problem. Did an amazing job! Jordan communicated through the whole process. And Kiara the technician did a great job the day of the service. As an active duty service member managing a prior home as a rental from across the country. It helps me sleep better at night knowing I can count on the team at Alpha Omega Disaster Restoration. Jordan and the Alpha Omega team did an amazing job taking care of my property. The place had a lot of issues going on and they made the process very smooth and professional so I Highly recommend them if you find yourself in a situation that requires their services.

First off, I want to say that Arron and his crew are superb. Courteous, timely, and communicate very well. Nate and Kiara, did a great job and went above and beyond in making sure everything met my expectations. I don't remember the other to helpers names but they did a very good job. And everyone I interacted was just a joy to work with. Will definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

Alpha Omega Disaster Restoration is here at my apartment complex working hard to address water damage after the laundry room flooded last night. We contacted Alpha Omega for help with some water damage after a sink in our laundry room overflowed. Jordan responded promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. We quickly got everything dried out with their help. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Im highly impressed with their response time, their attitudes and how they helped handle a difficult and unfortunate situation at my building. Jordan was amazing, he got all the information he needed and had a team to my building in an hour. He assessed the situation with me and reassured me that they had it under control and I could deal with the people. So professional, so polite, I felt like I could trust them to handle this problem while I handled other issues. Again, I cannot say enough good things. Very very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Alpha Omega did a great job on my floor restoration. Especially helpful and upbeat were Alonzo and Sal. The whole team worked professionally.

Jared and his team were wonderful to work with on our mitigation of water from a leaking roof Jared arrived, took a look at the problem and quickly had carpet turned back, wet sheet rock and insulation out of the house. He set up fans and the dry out began in record time. The team was respectful, hard working and wasted no time. They cleaned up the mess as they worked. I would highly recommend Alpha Omega for mitigation and restoration. This is our second experience with them. An exceptional company.

Project superintendent Aaron quickly determined the source of our water loss and worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure that we had an insurable claim. Crew lead Jared communicated with us every step of way through the demolition and drying process. He maintained an extremely clean job site and left us in great condition and ready for rebuilding. 5 stars for the AO mitigation crew.

Alpha-Omega is the most professional and friendly restoration company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Alonso is a real standout guy and is incredibly friendly and helpful, I can’t sing high enough praise for him!

Our hot water heater flooded our basement, and we called Alpha Omega and they had a team out to our home within an hour to start the cleanup. Their team was incredibly professional, and the communication was great. Aaron, AJ, and Kiara were top notch and able to answer all our questions or find them if they didn't have the answer. I highly recommend them and their team.

Sonya Scheetz has been very helpful in the short amount of time we have worked together. Really appreciate the CE classes she has provided for us local producers, along with so much amazing knowledge. She would provide training huddles for the local offices in providing more valuable knowledge regarding homeowners claims for disaster restorations. Definitely sad to see her go.

I have found that Alpha Omega and their team are excellent in all that they do. I am an elderly disabled woman living alone and due to the steps in and out of my home it was very difficult for me to come & go safely from my home. At first I was looking to get a ramp built out of my back door and then decided to get more user-friendly steps built that I could easily maneuver. I had contacted Jordan Kroll with Alpha Omega and explained my needs. He and another *previous co-worker* agreed to take on the task even though it was not within the usual realm of their duties. They drew up some plans on both the ramp and the steps, of which I chose the steps. The steps they built for me were so professionally done and perfect for my needs. Jordan Kroll was very kind, professional, and more than willing to help. I Highly Recommend Alpha Omega and their team for any and all needs of their provided services. I can now come and go from my home with much more confidence and safety thanks to Jordan Kroll and Alpha Omega.

We had flooding due to the fire suppression system failing. We called and Amaryllis was there right away, found the problem and has worked through the entire process with us. She was amazing to work with, explained everything, and kept us informed throughout the process. She will be our go to gal heaven forbid disaster strikes again.
