After removing charred items and setting aside those that could be salvaged, we restored structural damages caused by the fire and applied proprietary cleaning & deodorizing solutions to address the soot & smoke residues. This home had significant water damage to the floor and other areas. We used drying fans and humidifiers to mitigate the water damage, then removed wet drywall, baseboards, walls, and more to correct hidden structural issues. We finished the job with fresh paint and trim to create a fresh look.

We dried the living room with heavy-duty fans & dehumidifiers to mitigate the water damage. After removing water-soaked construction materials and addressing structural issues in a couple of areas, we returned with fresh flooring, drywall, paint, and finish-out materials to give the room a nice, clean appearance.

We restored structural damages behind walls and installed a new floor covering, wallboard, baseboards, and more.

After drying and dehumidifying the area, we tore out and replaced waterlogged carpeting, drywall, and more. We mitigated the water damage and installed a new carpet, baseboards, wall coverings, and more. Our certified technicians restored some structural damage behind the water-soaked drywall.

We used industrial drying equipment, including fans and dehumidifiers, to dry out this bathroom. We replaced water-damaged drywall and other construction items, restored the affected areas of the bathroom, and brought the room back to its pre-loss condition.

To create a more efficient bathroom space, we added a half-bath area with a toilet and upgraded the wooden finish-outs as well as the countertop. In the kitchen, we installed a new countertop as well as new windows to brighten up the room and make it more efficient.
